Refund policy

This policy applies to home visits booked with HomeDraw Inc., 25 Berko Ave, Hamilton ON L8V 2P8.

When you are charged

Your card is authorised when you book. The visit fee is charged only in the cases below.

Cancellation

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your window starts: no charge.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before your window starts: the visit fee is kept.
• Not home when the nurse arrives, after we have tried to reach you: the visit fee is kept.

When something goes wrong on our side

• HomeDraw cancels: no charge, and we offer to rebook.
• The nurse cannot draw blood after two attempts: no charge, and we offer a free second visit.
• One of your samples could not be processed (the laboratory could not use it, or it was lost): we will call you within 1 business day to arrange a free second visit, offered within 2 business days.
• The requisition cannot be used and cannot be fixed: you may cancel without charge.
